Returns & Replacements

As a custom print-on-demand company we strive to give you exactly what you want!  Please read below for more details on our policies, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have a question.


We will gladly issue you a replacement order for any of the following:

  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order has a printing or other production error
  • Part of your order is missing from the package
  • You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered by USPS or FedEx*

You can contact us at info@lucky7usa.com to get a replacement on its way to you ASAP!  Please include your original order number and the details on what item(s) you would like to exchange and the size you would prefer. 


Our production process begins almost immediately after you place your order to ensure fast delivery. We have less than one hour after an order is placed to make any changes; we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. Please email us at info@lucky7usa.com to make a change.


As a custom on-demand printer, we do not maintain a warehouse or inventory and therefore we do not accept merchandise returns - nor do we require product returns to resolve most issues.  Our customer service team is able to help via email without having you incur return shipping charges.  If you receive an item you are not totally satisfied with, please contact info@lucky7usa.com and we will work with you to issue a replacement order for your product or offer a credit for Skreened.com.  We do not offer refunds.

*Lucky 7 is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect but valid addresses provided by the customer; please confirm address information before submitting your order.  If your order is marked as delivered but is missing and presumed stolen, customer is responsible for contacting shipping provider and filing appropriate complaint with shipping provider.
